This is all very interesting. My 15yo son was working as an apprentice cabinet maker, he endured another form of workplace bullying - constantly being told to move out of home, keep away from 'mummy', find his own way to work instead of me driving him to work, constantly badgered about drug and alcohol use, being asked daily if he uses weapons to fight - the list goes on and on. In the end my son felt like his boss had no trust in him. My son is a decent kid, doesn't do drugs, doesn't drink, doesn't behave inappropriately socially - in fact is held in very high regard by everyone he knows.

the constant badgering from his boss was uncalled for - my son offered to have a drug test and police check - in the end his boss put him off - he had no faith in the young people of today. Sad - really sad, but this part should also be addressed.

going to do his business in the WC was also always interrupted by his boss coming to the door asking if he was shooting up!

Thanks for the informative info :)
